National Bus Strike in Buenos Aires

The bus strike in Argentina, led by the Motor Transport Union (UTA) due to wage disagreements, began at midnight. Several problems arose when some transport companies decided to join the conflict later in the morning. This nationwide strike is affecting more than 300 lines in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires and has caused complications in other important areas of the country.

The bus lines that are currently paralyzed are numerous in the Federal Capital and other places in Argentina. On the other hand, DOTA is one of the few companies that did not join the strike, keeping several lines operational in the Federal Capital and Buenos Aires.

Regarding Metropol, after conflicts due to lack of official information, it was reported that this company partially joins the strike. Some lines operating in the Federal Capital are not functioning, while others complete their route normally. For example, line 60 is expected to operate normally and make a run on the Saavedra Bridge.
